Want to change backgrounds but cant

I would like to changethe BG images on main menu (tv shows weather etc), but going into the settings menu and selecting backgrounds individually doesnt change backgrounds for me for some reason. i went into the skin directory/720p/media to see if i could replace graphics but all i see there are textures.xpr, im guessing all graphics are in there including backgrounds but not sure i know how to change them. any help on why i cant change BG's through skin and how i can go about changing them?

You have to create folders for the various backgrounds. I have a folder called backgrounds in my home directory with a subfolder for each menu item (TV-Shows,Movies, Weather...) which contains the background images. Afterwards you can set the ricght background folder through the skin settings.

This worked for me in MiniMeedia. I'm not sure if it works with Mediastream/Redux as well.
