I am runnig Snowleopard 10.6.1 and I have an Apple TV running 2.4
I would like to use XBMC with my Apple TV and have found the app ATV USB creator.
I have tested the following versions:
atvusb-creator-1.0.b9
atvusb-creator-1.0.b10
both hang on:
copy files to target disk, the progressbar keeps getting stuck about the place the B in USB ends.
I have tried 4 different USB disks.
on all 4 versions 2 partitions are created:
Recovery and PATCHSTICK.
While the app hangs, the Recovery partition is active and contains 5 files. the kext in the system folder.
the PATCHSTICK partition never gets activated. If I manually activate it the progressbar does not go futher.
any thoughts ?
