Hey everyone,
I'm definitely new to this forum and new to linux in general. I just put together my Zotac Ion HTPC. Threw Ubuntu 9.10 on it and started tinkering. Most of the stuff I got set up through the help of a friend that is experienced with linux but I ran into a snag that he cant help me with at the moment. I was going into the Nvidia X Server settings and a message popped up saying that I dont seem to be using the X Server driver, towards the end of the message it asks "are you root?". Anyone have a problem like this or something similar?
I'd appreciate any help I can get.
