Good evening.

First I should say, yes, i know how to remove a normal source. Press C, pull up the controls, remove source.. etc.

I just created a new source for my dvds, but i named it wrong. when i press c to edit or remove it, i do not have the option.. it only offers to 'add souce, add to favorites, set content etc'.. i cannot even edit the name of it..

on any other source, like normal, i can edit, remove.. but for some reason its just being screwy on this new dvd source..

anyone know of any way i can dig deep and remove it from an xml file or something?

well..

i've figured it out myself.

im probably talking to myself here, but in case anyone ever stumbles upon the same problem, here's how i fixed it..

i browsed to;

user>library>application support>xbmc>userdata>sources.xml

opened it up in text edit,

deleted a chunk of file that that looked like this:::

<source>
<name>movies - dvd</name>
<path pathversion="1">/Volumes/External/dvds/</path>
</source>

and now the busted source is gone.
