I have a TV series with whose video lagged behind the audio for over 10 seconds when played with XBMC on a 2006 intel MacBookPro over a SMB network share.
I thought it was the media file, but when played locally on a 2009 MacPro, it is just fine. Works normally in VLC 1.03 and QuickTime Player X.
No idea where to begin to trouble shoot this. Is it an XBMC bug? A missing codec on the MacBookPro? An XBMC setting?
Here are media specs:
DivX 5.0, 480 x 368, Millions
MPEG Layer 3, Stereo, 44.100 kHz
29.97 FPS
480 x 368 pixels (Actual)
