I made plug-ins for the The Daily Show and The Colbert Report sites. In fact I was just updating them recently. The problem is that the rtmplib in xbmc which doesn't support swf verification at the moment so the video plays for about 2 seconds and then it asks for a hash of the swf which xbmc doesn't reply to so it disconnects the client.

similar problem with south park studios and comedy central rtmp servers also use swf verification.

I can't comment on the other possible sources but till swf verification is added to the rtmplib then those most likely won't be making it to xbmc.

also +1 for some Home Star Runner

where does Sesame Street have online videos?

Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search and search the forum before posting.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please read how to submit a proper bug report.

I second the MSNBC request, it would be great to get that playing in XBMC and not have to drop to a browser...

Navi-X has 'em - it reads the M4V RSS/podcast files for several shows, which are typically the full shows minus the commercials (although they do sometimes get "left in").
