maybe you could help me with external images

hi,

today i'm asking for a complete other kind of help.

i noticed since a long time you are able to resize external images that get posted into your forum and additionally provide a link to the full picture. this is something my very own forum is missing.

how did you implement that? is that a setting of your wysiwyg editor (tinymce?) or did you add your own code?

would be cool if you could provide me a snippet which enables me to do the same..
