Thetvdb.com is down. Here is the thread.

If you can't wait, find and replace all entries in /usr/share/xbmc/system/scrapers/video/ thetvdb.xml which refer to thetvdb.com with
thetvdb.senseitweb.com

The scraper won't find anything for any series title I enter. It seems this "senseitweb.com" site uses a different or broken API. The URLs under http://thetvdb.senseitweb.com/api/ return several error messages. |

Definately need to get all their content backed up and put somewhere else on the web, where the scrapers still work. |

Yeah it worked for a few times for me, then it stopped in the middle of my update. sorry, this was 0 day information.

Sad state of affairs. Are there any other scrapers out there that work well? thetvdb was the only one of all those that shipped with xbmc that actually ever worked for me.

I'm operating a rootserver and might be able to set up a mirror, though currently it probably doesn't have sufficient disk space to hold a project like tvdb. I'm planning a serious upgrade soon, then there might be a chance.
