Starting XBMC + Horizonz in Library/Movies mode

Hi guys, Im participating in a thread in the general section but just had a quick question specific to the Horizonz skin.

What does this option indicate:

Settings -> Horizonz -> Home Shortcuts -> Movies target

Could this be a way to start directly into video library, rather then selecting source, genre etc
