Export Video Library from commandline
#1
Hi all

I am running XBMC on my ATV, accessing my videos from my video recording computer on the LAN. I would like to automate the removal of some episodes that I watch by checking if they are watched and communicating that to the computer in which they are stored. This can be done, as I understand, by doing "Export Video Library" and looking at the NFO file tag <watched>.

I can do this manually every now and then but instead it will be much more convenient if I do a daily "Export Video Library" automatically. I can do it if there is a command I can run on my ATV.

My question is this: Is there a way to do "Export Video Library" outside of the XBMC UI?

Thanks

To solve my own issue:

After a chnage in my search paterns I found that I can actually delete the viewed files from within XBMC if I do the following:
"Allow delete/rename operations" enabled (Settings->Appearance->File Lists)
