can't it be handled by script or plugin which are done for that kind of things?

In general I would need connection for:
TV - multicast address is in database
VOD - multicast are in database
Open and close browser
Open specific web page.

ok, i see better now.

that seems to be possible but surely you'll need a complete skin to limit access and function.
somme script to interact with multicast db, maybe already possible with use of mythtv backend and xbmc-myth plugin frontend.

I need some customization. I would like to find developer who know the code and have time to do it. Maybe we can do that server has xml with demanded data. Then player can download this xml with multicast addresses info page details...
