Image is not getting updated when I select a different movie .. See screenshot for info ..

The normal XBMC log IS NOT a debug log, to enable debug logging you must toggle it on under XBMC Settings - System or in advancedsettings.xml. Use XBMC Debug Log Addon to retrieve it.

odd only thing that comes to mind is they have no fanart for those images the one we see is the default if none exist

Skins I have done....

Under Pm3 HD it works fine .. Using Apple Movie Trailer Lite plugin ..

Go to Misc Options and untick "Small fanart".

Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.

Yup then the image appears but the plot description is gone then.

I dont' understand shouldn't the image be updated with media info ? It does in PM3.HD ..
