[1] how can I restore the *beep* sound when I navigate through menus ?

[2] with former version the press&hold play button allowed to play movie/song icone-fied while having access to xbmc menus. How can we do that now ?

1) install 9.11.b1, if running it already, GUI sounds are not present if using digital out.

2) change your keymap.xml file to do what you want.

My ATV, which is running xbmc 9.11.b1, is connected through Composite (video) and RCA connectors (audio - red/white plugs). The GUI sounds were present with former xbmc release.
The GUI sounds are ok with ATV OS.
