Good day all,
First let me tell you this is a great program, however I cannot understand why the movie or any movie i ply only shows in one 1/4 of the screen, please before you respond I have read but I'm very comfused as to what the real solution is.
I have a laptop with windows vista
my computer is a Toshiba
Dual processor.

Before any response is given how do I reset this program to default settings? just in case I have changed something unintentionally?

Please read the link in my sig on how to post a problem. Also, installing the most recent beta is currently recommended.

Try changing the aspect ratio.

Play the video that is giving you the problem.

Load up the menu (most skins you can just press 'm').
Click video settings (there will be a picture somewhere what it looks like depends on your skin)
Change "view mode" to different settings and see if any of them fix your problem.
