My library consists of 1000+ full DVD rips wrapped in iso

Since the automagic media info tagging doesn't work with an iso file, I need to put the data in my NFO.

What should I put in my NFO's for the video codec?

Heres an extract of an nfo to make what Im talking about more clear:
