folder.jpg refreshing? (OSX)

Smile
I'm using folder.jpg files for several folders for custom thumbnails which I maintain on my server - but when I change the folder.jpg file on the server, XBMC still display the old version.

I assume XBMC cache the folder.jpg file - how can I force XBMC to refresh/reload the new file?

I'm using XBMC for Mac and the latest official 9.4 release.

Thanks in advance.

If it's a thumb for a media item then you can change it via Get Thumb from the info dialogs.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

Not possible since the folders are not set to any content type and I do not want to either.

I'm looking for a way to force XBMC to refresh the thumbnail.

Only way to do it in that case is to remove the thumb from the thumbcache.

You can browse the cache from the filemanager, and clicking on a thumb will make it bigger if you're not sure which one it is.

Find the thumb -> delete it. It'll be recached next time you browse.
