Hi. I´m thinking about buying an acer revo n330 and I would like to know what xbmc software should I install in order to use its Ion hardware acceleration. Can anyone show me a tutorial? I never used xbmc and to be honest UI doesnt really matter to me... I just want the best video quality possible. If I install xbmc wont I ever need to install codecs?

Thank you very much in advance.

Easy way - download the live cd and use that to install everything for you. Slightly more involved way use the XBMCubuntu guide http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=XBMCbuntu

Plenty of other guides if you look in the linux forum.
