I found Microsoft Terminology and Glossary site. This is really helping us for translations.

They collect all languages and strings used in Microsoft products Smile

also there will be some tools released to ease the life of the translator. just need to finish the coding. will use a few of you guys who regularly submit patches for a beta testing.
