<preloaditems> question
#1
Hey guys...was just perusing the new skinning changes since I've last been active, and I was just wondering...

Is the <preloaditems> tag still limited to only 2 items? Everything I've seen via forum searches would indicate so. Browsing trac only shows me the initial creation of feature and no modifications. However, it appears that confluence has a preload of 4 items in some areas.

So, I was just curious if this restriction had been removed.

Thanks.

Yes, 2 "rows" past the edges of the container.

So, by "rows" you mean that if a container has...4 items, the maximum value would be 8?

If the container has 4 items _per_row_ then yes. This applies only to panels.

Does that mean that the tag is ineffective in wraplists?

It applies to all containers.

Obviously all containers other than the panel have only one item per row, thus the multiplication that you were asking about applies only to panels.
