DXVA possible with 9.11 Beta2?

Hi,

I was just wondering if there is an overview about the new features in 9.11 Beta2, since I cannot find them. For example, is it possible to use DXVA with this build?

nope. see the milestone/timeline on trac.

No not 9.11B, but with this build it is possible.
