Hey guys, so I've seen mythtv stuff popping up all over in the svn source the last week or 2.

Is it going to be integrated into xbmc now?

It's been integrated for about 12 months now. The changes are simply to make it easier for the library to be updated.

Just add a myth:// source and away you go.

Two (tangentially) related questions:

1) Is it safe to assume these myth:// improvements are not gonna show up in 9.11 (well past feature freeze)?
2) (the tangential one) I really even hate asking, as I feel like I'm nagging & the answer is probably "when it's done" but does anyone have a gut-feel for when the PVR plugin branch will be merged back into trunk? Even an answer like "it's getting closer" or "we're running into even BIGGER problems then originally thought" would be very interesting to hear. (Fingers crossed for the first release of 2010 .)

Just wanted to add that you can add all new mythtv recordings to the library with MythSExx set up as a MythTV job, and MythTV can still function as a TV server/manager.

MythSExx has been running sucessfully on my library for the last week. MythSExx is in the process of renaming the rest library right now, moving the rest of the unrenamed files to the network attached storage takes alot of time. The library remains under the control of MythTV and it is set up to rotate out files when I run out of HD space.
