That looks dreadfull compared to Xperience Shocked

You could also try Black's version of Xperience http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=70538
As far as i am aware it's still unfinished but it may be closer to what your looking for

is it possible to do the gamercard on the theme?

Currently there is no support for a gamertag, if someone wanted to modify the needed files from MC360 then I would probably add it just for the fun of it.

That being said I have added a 'Mini Recently Added' that shows your profile picture + name, and totals of movies/tv shows/albums, it looks like this:
