Found this thread to help with my issue. Does not scan MP4's (for my podcasts). It says to go in and tell it to use DVDPlayer instead of MPlayer (i dont think that will solve it from not scanning/recognizing the files exist.

In the Video settings i do not see this option like i did before. I'm running beta 2 on Win7.
