It's totally ok, I had a sample here. A review is posted on my blog. Had the first version of 330 though, but it's only missing the remote and blu ray.

Making the purchase tomorrow i so hope that remote works with Linux if not gonna have to go the other route with that. Tried browsing newegg to do a custom mini ITX but the price seemed to always end up way over 400$ for an ITX. But if someone could figure out how to do a similar system for 400$ or under please give your input. If not that will be fine since that seems to be the best way to go is that 330HT-BD.

For those with these ITX setups most are using Ubuntu+XBMC but some of these units have Blu-ray disc players in them what software on linux plays back blu-ray movies? Unsure if XBMC plays bluray movies back from disc.

To my knowledge there is no (free) player/library in linux which plays bluray movies yet. It is also questionable if there will ever be one. And if, it will be not legal, same as decss lib for DVDs.
