Strange Confluence Library issue 9.11 beta2

I have 2 sections which i class as separate
Video and Movies

If i turn on Library on Movies
then go into Videos it goes into Library mode .

I disable Library mode in Videos and go back into Movies and it is still in Library mode.

then just to make it fun i go back into Video and it is back in Library mode.

I dont know how else to explain this but it is very frustrating.

Please let me know what other information you require.
If you require debug logs please provide instructions.

I am running xbuntu 9.04 with the pre built modules from your repo on an acer revo 3600 - HDMI
