hi,
i had a similar problem when i started on 9.04, and i thought i knew what to do this time. i copied over my advancedsettings.xml file into 9.11 and from the look of the log, it seems like it sees all the folders.
when in files mode i can watch anything, so it's not like i don't have access to my server. i set all the folders as media type TV SHOWS and scraping thetvdb.com.
when i go into the TV SHOWS section, i see the higher level folders for my shows (e.g. Arrested Development, Chappelle's Show, etc...). but when i click on any of those top level folders, inside each one is nothing.
i've linked to my pastebin log. i notice for some i get an error "could not enumerate..." btw, the format for my files are the following example:
