Question: Movie scraper <writer> vs <credits>

Camelot 9.11 Rev26017

I use nfo-files to scrap movies with url of the ofdb included.

The writer is scrap from the imdb.de website.

Most of the movies has two writer one for the story and one for the screenplay. Is it correct that only the writer for the story is load with the scraper?

The more important thing is, if I make an export to separat files, the writer is in the <credits></credits> area stored, not in a area called <writer></writer>.

Usually the <credits> mean a list of all actors. Is this behavior intended??

The confluence skin use the <credits> to show the information as writer, this works fine.

But if I try to make manually changes in a xml nfo-file to add a writer, it need many fantasy to use the credits area for the writer.

In the online manual the credit area in the xml nfo descripton is empty so this description isn't helpfull for this point.

[Edit]: The next point is, movies that scraped a long time ago, show on the writer the full cast credit, this was add by an old scraper. So all movies must new added to the db or all xml nfo files must manually change.

Is there any way to add writing credits on there own instead, of lumping them in <crew>..</crew>
