Hi there,
I'm running xbmc 9.11 on Windows 7.

Whenever I try and skip forward using the on-screen skip forward button whilst playing an XVID file, the video stops and I am returned to the previous menu screen.

Playing from VOB files seems to work fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue with xbmc 9.11 on Windows XP, but it only affects about 1/2 of Xvid files. (The other half play fine.) It seems random which ones are affected.

There is no problem playing the affected files in other media players (Smplayer, vlc), or in xbmc on my other computer running linux.
