[LIVE] "shutdown function"

The shutdown function setting......
Does its settings affect the case power button ?
ie if I set the "shutdown function" to suspend then press the case power button, should it suspend ?
This option only seems to work with the on screen power button and makes no difference to what the case button does. No matter what the "shutdown function" setting is, the case button just shuts down the machine.

I'm currently running Live 9.11 B2 updated to final.

It depends on the system, in ubuntu jaunty it will do that. on karmic it won't. Ubuntu switched subsystem.

XBMC Live latest it shouldn't work since its karmic based.

Tobias

Thanks for the reply.

So basically it just doesnt work with karmic.

For me to fix it, i`d need to revert back to jaunty...... which would be alot hassle to save 20 seconds xbmc startup time.
