I have been having an issue getting this resolved, I have an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 512MB AGP card, and I have the current drivers for Windows 7. I also have Trainz 2009 installed, which stated I have OPENGL 3.2, but I get the MS Default drivers everytime I launch XBMC.

and OpenGL Extension viewer states.

The latest version of XBMC uses DirectX rather than OpenGL. I would upgrade as it seems faster than the old OpenGL version.
