IMDB not accepting certain useragent strings?

no reason to change movie.nfo - see <NfoUrl>. as althekiller said, we won't even bother trying to play mouse and cat.

Thanks for the tip; I solved it differently...

Just checked it, and it seems imdb dropped user-agent blocking thing for now.

I understand the team's position about not playing cat and mouse, but would it be possible to have a setting to override the default user-agent string in the network config screen?

It wouldn't be playing cat and mouse, but rather facilitating how each user handles it by themselves. With that setting each user could do their own overrides without messing with the xml files.

Just a thought,
