I know there are different media managers/scrapers... But is there one that I could scrape my library on my file server, but have it save the files to my local computer for me to ftp the correct files to my file server? Or is there a better way to get my movies scraped on multiple xbmc boxes?
Thanks in advance!

Export to separate files once. Files will be stored along your media files and the other boxes (instances of XBMC) will pick those up.

My file server has smb as read only... Didn't really want to make it read/write as I have kids in the house and didn't want them deleting anything... But just so I understand if that is the only way... Are you saying scrape through xbmc then export? Or use a media program and export?
