Edit: XBMC starts successfully on my Mac, though.

Yeah... I could host it if I just get a working build. I've got a kickass 100MBit/s connection at home Smile

But maybe Davilla doesn't think it's a good idea? Maybe we have to prove that we really want to do this by compiling it ourselves Smile

but I dont think its enough, it also needs lib/headers to build correctly for crystalhd.

Have e-mailed thequestor to see if he does/is going to build nightlies with the --enable-crystalhd flag and Davilla's header files, I've him know about this thread - perhaps he'll pop by and let us know?

there is no need for --enable-crystalhd flag anymore as the trac 26454 takes care of that by setting it to "enabled" by default

Damnit. I just tried building r26457, but I get the same error on the ATV as before.

running it on ATV? I have had success building it under Snow Leopard.

I haven't tried 26457 specifically, but I have one of the early 264** builds going nicely.

EDIT: its showing SVN-26413M in the log, you are doing ./bootstrap, ./configure, make clean , make xcode_depends ?

Yep. I found this though: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?p=3...post321067

Seems like I've done something wrong building the ports, even though I copy/pasted from the README.osx:

port install libcdio +universal

I tried changing it to:

port install libcdio +universal macosx_deployment_target=10.4

and reinstalled it, but I have NO idea if it will make any difference. Only time will tell, ~45 minutes for XBMC to build, to be more precise Smile
