new user - some questions to rapier

Hi, I am absolutely new here. I installed xbmc with rapier , but I can´t setup my pc to llok like on the screen shots. But I can´t switch view to wrap info - I can choose only icon, big icon and list. Also fanart I can´t see, but in movie folder I have fanart.jpg. Is there any basic guide how set-up this rapier to look like on the picture which is on the homepage of this program ? thank you for any help
