[MOD] Weather with Weather.com Plus Plugin
#1
Thumbs Up
mod requires an xbmc rev of 26394 or newer. It will NOT work with Camelot.

You also need the latest weather.com plus plugin version 1.3. in plugin settings. there is an option to download the maps icon pack. that's used for the map selection panel.

Just copy the files over a backup of Confluence.

Nuka1195:-

Execellent work. Can't wait to test it.

Any plan to distribute this with the next official release ?
The normal XBMC log IS NOT a debug log, to enable debug logging you must toggle it on under XBMC Settings - System or in advancedsettings.xml. Use XBMC Debug Log Addon to retrieve it.

wow is right. hopefully 26394+ will hit to ubuntu ppas soon

can anyone confirm if this has a Fahrenheit/Celsius toggle ?

wikiPedia on Fahrenheit > "Today, the temperature scale has been replaced by the Celsius scale in most countries."
turns out Jamaica is the most recent to drop F @ 1998 & Canada in 2nd @ '70
source: wikiPedia footNote #1: Metrication status and history

if a toggle is missing, then this becomes heavily targeted to America Confused
please say it aint so

xbmc handles this, based on your region setting
(Settings > Appearance > International > Region)

Hey, this looks greatNod, one problem, I can't get it to work.

I'm running release xbmc-r26540-trunk.exe on Windows 7.
I added the TWC plugin version 1.5.9 - r1464 through the SVN Repo Installer.
I coppied al the files within your RAR to the right places within the confluence dir.

What am I doing wrong?

you need the Weather.com plus plugin (not the TWC script).
after installation, select it in Settings > Weather > Weather plugin
