can someone, please, write down a full and detailed tutorial how to install and run transmission on appletv.

want to switch to XBMC from Boxee (Crystal HD support) but i desperately need torrent client running on ATV (lack of online service support, living in Europe).

rtorrent runs on ATV nicely.... there is a script to control it as well

I was able to google for this string and download it:
transmission-1.75-appletv.tar.gz

It is from:

To make it work, a 10.4 MacOSX evn had to be setup to build transmission. If you build on 10.5 or 10.6 it won't work on 10.4 because it links against newer library versions.
