Like I've mentioned, interlaced content is not being handled correctly, two areas, the timestamp handling and the merging of the two picture fields into one frame. Fixing the later will mist likely resolve the first. It's on the list.

receiving stuttering video on real player video files. i dont have many of these but they stutter more on the broadcom.
Just ripping a blueray of transformers 2 to give that a try, 1080p
just tested 1080 transformers 2, mkv container. a little jumpy in some places, a lot better if not within a rar achieve. noticed if i fast forward at all, it starts skipping picture, but it calms down after about 15 seconds
also if i enter menu to stretch the picture or alter the audio etc, it again skips for a few seconds.
also now and again the video becomes slow, lets say every 5 mins or so
