Got this to work if anyone is experiencing the same problem.. sort of.

I can switch skins if i do this:

1) Open XBMC
2) Enable debug-mode in system-settings
3) Deactivate auto-scan library
4) Restart XBMC
5) Go to Settings-->Appearance
5) Switch skin
6) Then it loads!

If i deactivate debug-mode & activate auto-scan library i have the same problem again. Really weird and annoying, but i', just happy i can switch skins.
