Hello.
I have ubuntu 9.10 installed on my asrock ION 330. It worked great with xbmc. A few days ago I had some problem with updating the drives from nvidia using the update-manager, so I followed a guide on the web somewhere how to update manually (from 180 something to 195 somethinh).
Well, i did that I did sudo apt-ger update, sudo apt-get upgrade etc and that updated xbmc apperently. So, i started xbmc and the sound had stopped working. but after checking the setting, I could easaly choose my hdmi as output for sound.
BUT, when I go to system-settings -> video output, I can no longer choose VDPAU.
I can only change:
resolution
vertical blanc sync
video calibration
test patterns.
Does this mean i screwed up my nvidia drivers somehow?
