I had an unfortunate naming on an episode which made it unable to be scraped. It was named Title.S01E01.1280x720.AC3.6Ch.avi and I think it was looking for episode 720 in season 1280.
I've now renamed the file to Title.S01E01.720p.AC3.6Ch.avi and everything works okay.
But shouldn't the S01E01 format have precedence over 01x01 since it's less likely to be tangled up in something else?

I would be in agreement with you - looks like <foo>x<bar> is hit first at the moment.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
