Hi friends,

I am a new user with XBMC and I have some question about it?

1. Can I develop my own application and install it? what is the best language that can be used fo this?
2. I want to use the XBMC without internet? Is it possible or I will have some problems.

1. Yep, see Add-on development (wiki) (some pages are still a work-in-progress, but it should get you started). Basically all XBMC add-ons right now are written in Python.

2. It will work fine, but features that require an internet connection won't work, such as streaming video add-ons, downloading new movie info, etc.
