Weather Fanart - can you help complete the set with the same motif?

It was brought to my attention the other day that some of the fanart images I'm using for Alaska aren't correct for the type of weather, and not being particularly great at this sort of thing, I'd appreciate some help getting them done.

Below you'll see a link to the images and the text file that shows what each condition is meant to be and here's the ones that I think need fixing -

timdog just reorganized his pack, also, no double digits eg 00->0, 01->1

I did check that one out actually but I'd like to keep the same scene.
