SVN Installer and Rapier Skin Installation Location

Does anyone know the path which the SVN installer installs Rapier 2.0?

I can't seem to find it in /mnt/Scratch/Users/frontrow/Applications/XBMC.app/Contents/Resources/XBMC/skin

Nevermind found it in /mnt/Scratch/Users/frontrow/Library/Application Support/XBMC/skin.

What's the difference between the Application Support folder and the root XBMC folder?
