Well everything is working except the sound that has a slight problem
While in MKV with DTS and DD sound e dont have any problem.
However in mp3 and Divx i dont have any sound.
My board is a Asus AT3N7A-I CPU Atom 330 / GF9300 Mini-ITX. Altough my LCD is connected via HDMI the sound is connect via digital coaxial cable to a logitech z-5500 set.
In system audio output i have:
Audio output device default (also having the option custom, internal audio analog stereo)
In passtrough output device tenho escolhido iec958. If i choose HDMI i am left with no sound.
On UBUNTU in sound preferences on the hardware tab is selected Analog Stereo Duplex. However... if i choose Digital Stereo Duplex, i get sound on divx and mp3. However the MKV with DTS and DD stops working, and whenever i want to see a movie in i have to go inside the movie options to sound options and activate or deactivate the"Output Stereo to all speakers".
EDIT: New info... This is ridiculous but the problem only happens if i go trought the videos section.
If i go trough system and then file manager and if i choose there what to see... i can hop anytimes i want between DTS/DD sound and MP3/DIVX (stereo) that it works averytime!!!!!!
Can anyone help me?
Que raio será isto?!!
