Where does the below info get pulled from? Is this something that is automatic or do I have some control? I've noticed sometimes I get just about everything and other times I only get the studio and DVD icon. I'm using DVD Fab and VIDEO_TS folders.

the info for media flags is detected by xbmc when you add videos to the library.
but....xbmc does not support VIDEO_TS folders in this case. you'll have to use one of the media managers to store the relevant info in a .nfo file. Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting. Do not PM or e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
