I created my own livecd using the SDK. However, when I try to reboot I nothing happens. The following line is located in the log file:

14:43:50 T:3078444944 M:1694564352 ERROR: DBus: Error org.freedesktop.DeviceKit.Power.GeneralError - not authorized

Anyone can tell me what's missing or what might me wrong?

Some polkit permissions. Since you didn't pastebin an entire debug log, that's about all the info you're gonna get.
