Question about when trunk revisions make it to the RC's or the final
#1
I know that the answer will probably be along the lines of 'When they are deemed stable and a necessary update'.

I ask this because the libjsonrpc has not been updated in 3 months and there is an revision(specifically 35413) which allows my script, which I have re-written to use JSONRPC, to retrieve information from the music library. This allows my script to be Database format independent.

I know I should really be building the script against Dharma(though keeping it valid for future releases), so I wanted to avoid using the HTTP API(which will be removed one day)

Thanks for a great program!

Dharma is in feature freeze mode.

You have to wait until Eden...

I guess that might be the reason, I didn't seem like it was a feature, more like an addition of code to an existing part of XBMC(ie JSON which is a part of Dharma)

I'm not sure what version that feature should belong to - it might pay to give topfs2 a ping and see what he thinks.

Cheers,
Jonathan
