Help plz cant access anything

After a while of using XBMC i upgraded to a newer version, it was working fine until i accidentally changed the skin settings and now everything is blank and i cannot log in or access anything at all and so i cant change skin back.... how can i fix this?

If you can access your xbmc folder look for and delete guisettings.xml
And try again it should then default back to original settings.
if that does not work try uninstalling and reinstall a fresh.
If the problem persists then post a full debug log if you need further assistance.
