[LIVE] XBMC Live boots to command line?
#1
SOLVED: Had to manually install newest nvidia driver from the nvidia site, 190.53. No others would work.

I have an ASRock ION330 which was running Camelot RC1 perfectly from HDD. I updated to the final before the repack and it would boot to the command line prompting "login as:"

I then updated once the repack came out and same prob. As it was Christmas Day here I left it and went away on holidays. Now I am back and have updated to the newest SVN, 27017 I think. However it still loads up to the command prompt and XBMC gui doesnt load.

If i do a fresh install from CD will I lose all the media I have on the drive?

Please help
Cheers

EDIT:

I have tried "startx" now and get the following:

I have updated the nvidia driver to a number of diff ones from 185 to 190 with no change.
