Is it chipped or softmodded ?, assuming yes you need to download the latest stable release (google T3ch) then decide if you want it to be your default dash or as an application in your current/ other dash. If default dash using ftp copy the contents of the XBMC folder (not the complete folder) to your E\dash folder selecting overwrite when prompted, or as an application ftp it to E\apps.
